For street food markets

Run your street food market without the chaos.

Bookings, pitch fees and briefings for your traders, handled in one place instead of across group chats, spreadsheets and cash.

Sound familiar?

  • Eighty traders, eighty versions of the same question

Every market day starts with ‘where do I park?’ and ‘what time can I get on site?’, answered one message at a time.

  • Chasing pitch fees every week

The line-up is great. Half of it still hasn’t paid, and you’re the one who has to ask.

  • Compliance checked on a clipboard

Food hygiene certificates and public liability insurance, checked by hand on market morning when there’s no time to fix anything.

  • No record of who traded when

Someone queries a charge from the spring and you’re searching six months of email to answer.

How MRKT Manager helps

  • Market briefs that send themselves

Booked traders get an email before each market day with their times, their pitch, the forecast and your notes.

  • Turnover-based billing

Charge a percentage of takings instead of a flat fee. Traders report what they took from an email link, you approve it, and the invoice is raised.

  • Documents with expiry dates

Each trader uploads their hygiene certificate and insurance once. You both get a reminder before anything runs out.

  • Arrivals on your phone

Walk the site and mark traders as arrived. With a site plan uploaded, each pitch shows who’s booked on it.

  • Confirmations without the admin

Confirming a booking emails the trader and raises their invoice through your Stripe, Xero or QuickBooks account.

  • Every booking on record

Bookings, payments and attendance for each trader across every market date, searchable.

“The WhatsApp updates alone have made trader communication miles smoother. It’s the first system that actually understands how market organisers work.”

Questions

Can I charge street food traders a percentage of their takings?

Yes. A pitch can be priced as a fixed fee paid upfront or as a percentage of the trader’s takings. Traders report their takings after the market from an email link or their dashboard, you approve the figure, and an invoice is raised for the commission.

How do traders pay their pitch fees?

Invoices are raised through your own Stripe, Xero or QuickBooks account when you confirm a booking. With Stripe, traders pay online by card, and by bank debit where your Stripe account supports it. Unpaid invoices get automatic reminders.

Does MRKT Manager check food hygiene certificates and insurance?

Traders upload their documents with an expiry date and your team verifies or rejects each one. A compliance page lists upcoming bookings where a required document is missing, rejected or due to expire before the market day.
