Pricing questions

What counts as a booking?

One trader booked onto one market day. A trader who trades at four market days in a month is four bookings. A multi-day package counts each day separately.

Are cancelled bookings charged?

No. When a booking is cancelled it drops out of that month’s bill.

How does the tiered pricing work?

Like tax bands. The first 250 bookings each month are £2 each, the next 250 are £1.50, and bookings 501 to 1,000 are £1.25. Every organiser gets the lower rates on the bookings that fall into each band.

What if I have more than 1,000 bookings a month?

We’ll put together a custom price for you. Book a call and we’ll look at your markets together.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Pounds, dollars or euros. You’re billed in your organisation’s currency at the same rates.

Do my traders pay anything?

The platform fee is paid by the organiser. Traders use their dashboard, applications and booking tools without a subscription.
