For pop-up and seasonal markets

Spin up a market in an afternoon.

A one-off market shouldn’t need months of admin. Set up the dates, pitches and prices, then take bookings and payments the same day.

One-offs start from zero

  • Setup takes longer than the event

A spreadsheet, a booking form and a way to take money, built from scratch for a market that lasts a weekend.

  • Different prices every time

The Christmas market isn’t priced like the summer pop-up, and the differences live in your memory.

  • Starting again each season

A new trader list, new invitations and the same explanation of how to book.

  • Traders don’t know what to expect

Where, when, what it costs and what the rules are, sent out by hand to everyone.

How MRKT Manager helps

  • A market in a few minutes

Add the location, dates, pitches and prices. Default pitch price and size are set once and inherited.

  • Pricing per date

Charge different prices by weekday or over a date range, so the Christmas weekend can cost more than a Tuesday in July.

  • Keep your traders between events

Approved traders stay on your list. Offer them pitches at the next market without onboarding anyone again.

  • Confirmations and briefs

Traders are emailed when they’re booked, then sent a brief before the day with everything they need.

  • We import your trader list

Send us the spreadsheet you already have and we’ll bring your traders in, ready to receive offers.

  • Run the day from your phone

Arrivals, checklists and last-minute changes work in a phone browser. No laptop on site.

Questions

How quickly can I set up a one-off market?

You create the market, its pitches and its market days yourself, and connect Stripe, Xero or QuickBooks for invoicing. If you already have a trader list in a spreadsheet, the MRKT Manager team imports it for you.

What does it cost if I only run a few markets a year?

You pay per booking in the month the market day falls in, from £2, $2 or €2 per booking. There is no subscription and no minimum, so a month with no bookings costs nothing.

Can I book a trader for several days on one invoice?

Yes, with multi-day packages. It is an optional feature that the team switches on for your organisation.

Try it before your next market day.

Pay per booking, with every feature included.
