For night markets
Night markets that run like clockwork.
Late confirmations, a changing line-up and a layout that has to work in the dark. Know who’s coming, where they’re going and whether they’ve paid.
Evenings are harder
Traders confirm at the last minute
You don’t know the line-up until the day before, so the layout is a guess.
A different roster every time
Rotating traders keep the market fresh and keep you rebuilding the same list by hand.
The layout is a puzzle
Power, lighting and the flow between stalls matter more at night, and the plan lives in someone’s head.
Messages at all hours
Questions arrive at 10pm across text, email and Instagram, and you answer each one separately.
How MRKT Manager helps
Interest polls
Ask traders which dates they want before you commit. They answer from an email link, with no login.
Pitch offers with a deadline
Offer a pitch to your shortlist and set when the offer ends. Traders who haven’t replied get a reminder.
A brief before every event
Booked traders get one email with arrival times, their pitch, the forecast and your notes.
Fill a gap quickly
When someone drops out, offer the pitch to the rest of your approved traders and book the first to accept.
Arrivals on your phone
Mark traders as arrived while you walk the site, and see who’s missing before the gates open.
Invoices on confirmation
Confirming a booking raises the invoice. Traders pay online, and late payers are reminded automatically.
Questions
How do I find out which traders are free for a date?
Send an interest poll covering your upcoming dates. Traders mark each date as definitely, possibly or not available from an email link, without logging in, and you see the answers before you confirm the date.
What happens when a trader cancels late?
Remove the booking to free the pitch, then send a pitch offer to the traders you choose. The offer can go to the first to accept or to whoever you pick from those who accept.
Can I plan power and lighting on the site plan?
On a site layout you can place pitches and add markers for power, water, entrances, vehicle access and other features. The markers are visual: they don’t track power capacity.
Try it before your next market day.
