For craft and artisan markets

Curate the right mix, every single time.

A makers’ market lives on its mix. See who you’ve booked by craft, keep the waiting list moving and stop losing track of who you offered what.

Curation is a lot of admin

  • Five jewellers and no potter

You only see the imbalance when the stalls are up, because the bookings live in a list with no categories.

  • A waiting list nobody looks at

Makers get in touch, go into a spreadsheet, and never hear from you again.

  • Maker details all over the place

Photos in a shared drive, the bio in an email, the Instagram handle in a direct message.

  • Offers that go unanswered

You offer a pitch, hear nothing, and find out the day before that it’s empty.

How MRKT Manager helps

  • Tags for every trader

Tag makers by craft and filter on it, so the gaps in a line-up show before you confirm it.

  • Applications in one place

Each application is tracked from submission to decision, with notes and ratings from your team.

  • Profiles makers fill in themselves

Bio, photos, products and social links, kept up to date by the maker.

  • Pitch offers with a deadline

Offer a pitch to chosen makers and set when the offer ends. The first to accept gets it, or you pick from those who do.

  • History across your markets

Every market a maker has traded at, what they paid and your notes, on one profile.

  • Interest polls

Ask makers which upcoming dates they want before you commit to them. They answer from an email link.

Questions

How do I stop one craft dominating a market?

Tag each maker by craft or product type. Tags can be applied by hand or picked up automatically from the pitch they book, and you can filter traders by tag when deciding who to book or offer a pitch to.

How do pitch offers work?

You offer a free pitch to the makers you choose and set a deadline. Either the first to accept gets it, or you choose from those who accept. Makers who haven’t replied can be sent a reminder.

Do makers have to pay to use MRKT Manager?

No. Traders use their dashboard, applications and bookings for free. The organiser pays a fee per booking.

Try it before your next market day.
