For councils and Business Improvement Districts
Accountable market management, built for the public sector.
Public markets need records that stand up to scrutiny. Keep bookings, payments and compliance for every market in one system your whole team works from.
Public markets carry extra weight
Board reports take days
Attendance, income and compliance figures, assembled by hand before every meeting.
Each market runs its own way
Three town centre markets, three managers, three spreadsheets, and no view across them.
Compliance records on paper
If a trader’s insurance had lapsed and someone was hurt, could you show when it was last checked?
Onboarding a trader is an email chain
Forms, document checks and sign-off, spread across inboxes with nothing to show who approved what.
How MRKT Manager helps
An activity log
Bookings, payments, document checks and approvals are recorded with who did them and when.
All your markets together
One calendar and one trader list across every market, with reports per market.
Documents with expiry tracking
Each trader’s insurance and certificates are stored, verified by your team and flagged before they expire.
Roles for your team
Admins control settings and billing. Managers handle bookings and money for the markets they’re assigned to. Members work the market day.
Reports you can export
Bookings, revenue, attendance and aged debtors, exported as a spreadsheet for your own reporting.
Structured trader applications
Your own application form, with conditional questions and signed trader terms, reviewed before anyone is approved to trade.
Questions
Can several officers manage different markets?
Yes. There are three roles: admin, manager and member. Managers handle bookings and money for the markets they are assigned to, members have day-to-day access, and there is no charge per user.
Is there an audit trail?
An activity log records who did what, including bookings, payments, document verification and approvals.
Does MRKT Manager work with our finance system?
Invoices are raised through your own Stripe, Xero or QuickBooks Online account, and payment status flows back automatically. There is no public API, so other finance systems are not connected directly.
Try it before your next market day.
Pay per booking, with every feature included.
